David Lindahl’s REMentor Vs Monica Main

Posted by admin on June 4, 2010

I follow Monica Main and David Lindahl and have for years. They both teach apartment complex investing methods. Recently I discovered that David Lindahl filed a lawsuit against Monica Main. The online site would not offer details without a charge. There must be some kind of copy right issue from what I can tell. David’s program is motivating, but costly. The seminar though is a sales pitch for a bootcamp costing several thousand dollars. For more info check out theĀ Monica Main Review on squidoo. She is charging I think much less.

The bootcamps are a good deal of training. I am planning to attend Monica’s bootcamp in the next year. I am wanting to buy an apartment building soon. The cash from property in apartments is much larger.

I would like to know more about this lawsuit between RE Mentor and Monica Main. David’s company is called REMentor. These programs are both great. Monica claims her program is up to date. I have got multiple updates for free of Monica’s program. Monica Main’s program is priced much lower and yet you will even still still get a lot for the price.

The commercial multifamily property is what I would like to learn more about. Having many renters to spread the risk of income is the best way. Monica Main has also published other programs for Real Estate. Monica got in trouble with a options trading program a few years ago though. Main finally got out of stocks and options after trouble with the government. Monica got into real estate and out of the commodity trading. The profits in Real Estate for apartments are safer.

I would like to expand into office buildings one day. Monica has programs for all property types which is really nice. Monica’s program is a good value I thought too. I got started in my investing career finally and it is nice.
